Career Summary:
More than 29 years experience in oil and gas processing dealings with instrumentation & control system engineering. Designed & implemented of instrumentation, control systems, and shutdown systems for off-shore platform project such as: floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) facilities; multi-platform super complex facilities, wellhead platform etc. and on-shore project such as : NGL recovery plant, crude distillation unit, high vacuum unit, LPG recovery unit, gas gathering unit, asphalt blowing unit, terminal/depot automation system, upgrading of instrumentation by distributed control system & programmable logic controller, premix blending plant, procurement assistance, construction supervision, commissioning assistance and off-shore hook up supervision.
SKILLS:
• Familiar with international standards/codes such as ISA, API, IEC, AGA, ISO, ANSI, ASME, NEMA and NFPA, related to instrumentation, control and safety system including SIS (Safety Instrumented System) of ANSI/ISA-84.00.01-2004 (IEC 61511 Mod) and also Fieldbus System such as FOUNDATION Fieldbus and Profibus
• Familiar with instrument calculation software such as FistVue: Fisher's control valve; Instrucalc: flow elements, control valve, pressure relief valve & rupture disk; INtools: flow elements, control valve, pressure relief valve & rupture disk, thermowell stress analysis as per PTC 19.3
• Familiar with Intergraph INtools (SmartPlant Instrumentation):
Instrumentation program database to create instrument index, define process data and perform calculation, create instrument data sheets, wiring, loop drawings, hook-up drawings, cable schedule, and MTO
• Familiar with AVEVA Instrumentation software
